THE PERFECT FIT
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic partners who share our passion for luxurious home fragrance. While we have a preference for stores with a physical presence in bustling cities and towns, we happily welcome online-only retailers too.
Here’s the deal: we have a firm policy against reselling on third-party platforms like Etsy, Facebook, or Amazon. Also, while we don’t allow sales below our Recommended Retail Price (RRP), feel free to set your prices higher if that fits your brand!

MEET RYAN FOX - COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Ryan’s the dreamer of the duo (being from Belfast might have something to do with it). He juggles everything from worrying about production delays to tackling the company credit card (yikes!). Your go-to guy for all things tech and marketing, he’s dedicated to ensuring our customers have the best experience possible. Need a killer website or a fresh logo? Ryan’s got you covered—all while being 100% plant-based and sober.
Fun Fact: He’s quite the party animal (not really).

MEET SCOTT WOLF - ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Scott’s the creative genius behind many of our fragrance concepts. He ensures that everything leaving the FOX & WOLF studio looks, smells, and feels absolutely perfect. After 26 years in the spotlight as an entertainer, he traded the stage for the calming glow of candlelight. Plus, he hasn’t touched alcohol in 11 years and has no plans to hit the gym (because it just looks like too much hard work!).
- Favourite Place: Home or the cinema
- Hot or Cold: Definitely cold
- Favourite Film: Spoiler Alert (grab the tissues, it’s a tearjerker!)
- Favourite Candle: Chalamet—because it’s EVERYTHING!

THE 'NOT SO SMALL' SMALL PRINT
- MINIMUM INITIAL ORDER VALUES
The minimum initial order is €/£1000. To keep your account status in good standing, repeat orders of €/£500 are required.
- PRODUCT VARIETY AND ORDER QUANTITIES
Feel free to mix and match fragrances and products—candles, wax melts, reed diffusers, you name it! There are no minimum order quantities per product line, so you can customize to your heart’s content.
- BILLING AND PRICES
Items are billed at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. FOX & WOLF reserves the right to cancel any orders or backorders without prior notice. Prices are subject to change without notice due to increased production costs, so keep an eye out!
- PAYMENT AND VAT/IVA
Payment is required at checkout for all orders. If applicable, submission of a VAT/IVA number is necessary during account setup. For our friends within the EU who provide a valid VAT/IVA number, VAT may not be applicable to your purchase. UK customers are exempt from VAT. Any import fees will be your responsibility upon arrival at UK borders.
- PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH
Orders jump into our production queue only once payment is received. Production and dispatch times typically range from 4-6 weeks, barring any unforeseen hiccups.
- COMPLIANCE AND MODIFICATIONS
FOX & WOLF reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as needed. We encourage all customers to comply with relevant laws and regulations in their respective locations.
- CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Cancellations or returns must be communicated in writing and are subject to the FOX & WOLF Returns Policy. Please reach out to us if you need to discuss this!
- LIABILITY
FOX & WOLF will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use or any inability to use the products provided.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
