RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

At FOX & WOLF, we believe in making things easy. Whether you need a refund, want to make an exchange, or return a product, we’ve got you covered. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our returns policy, refund process, and exchange options—whether you’ve shopped with us online or in-store.

IN-STORE

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE MADE EASY

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return any item within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange—just bring along your proof of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Exceptions? We cannot refund or exchange gift cards or used items, and returns without a receipt aren’t accepted.


HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds go straight back to the original payment method:

  • For debit/credit card payments, the refund will be issued to the same card used.
  • For gift card purchases, we’ll issue a new gift card for the same value. (Cash or card refunds aren’t possible for gift card purchases.)

ELECTRONIC DEVICES WARRANTY

Our electronic devices are covered by a 6-month warranty. If yours turns out to be faulty, we’ll exchange it for the same or a similar product in stock.

  • The warranty starts from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • No receipt? No exchange—sorry, we have to stick to the policy!

FAULTY ITEMS

If your candle isn’t behaving as it should, make sure you’ve followed our candle care guide first. Bring the item to our store within 14 days with proof of purchase, and we’ll review the issue within 72 hours.

If the product is confirmed as faulty, we’ll offer a refund or exchange. But if you simply don’t love the fragrance? We can’t exchange or refund it after use—our in-store fragrance stations are here to help you choose the perfect scent before you buy!

Refunds and exchanges are only available for items purchased directly from a FOX & WOLF store. This doesn’t include online orders or items bought from our partners.

ONLINE PURCHASES

CHANGED YOUR MIND? WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED.

You’ve got 30 days to return your online purchase for a refund or exchange. Even if it’s just a case of second thoughts, we’re happy to help. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

What’s not eligible? Unfortunately, we can’t refund or exchange gift cards or used products.

Need to return? Choose what works best for you:

  • Pop into any official FOX & WOLF store (excluding our partner retailers).
  • Or, send your items back to us by post—just note that return shipping costs are on you.

HOW WILL YOUR REFUND WORK?

  • Used a gift card? We’ll issue a new gift card for the value of the returned item. (No cash or card refunds for gift card purchases, sorry!)

Our electronic devices are built to last, but if something goes wrong, don’t worry—they’re covered by a 6-month warranty.

  • If the device is faulty, we’ll swap it for the same or a similar product (if available).
  • Don’t forget to bring proof of purchase or your order number!

Still having issues? Return the product to us within 30 days, either in-store or by post. We’ll investigate the fault within 72 hours. If confirmed faulty, we’ll offer you an exchange or refund.

Important note: We can’t refund or exchange an item simply because you didn’t love the fragrance after use—our fragrance stations and scent descriptions are designed to help you find your perfect match before buying.
