Shipping costs depend on two things: where you’re located and the weight of your parcel. Don’t worry, we’ll calculate everything at checkout—so you’ll know what to expect before your order hits the road.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES WITHIN SPAIN?

Orders over €79.99? You’re getting free shipping with Correos—because we love treating you. For orders under €79.99, rates start at just €3.95. Shipping costs are based on province and package weight, and you’ll see it all clearly laid out at checkout.

Here’s the fine print: Free shipping only applies when everything in your basket is full price. If your order includes sale items, discounted products, or loyalty reward redemptions, postage will be charged.

Shipping to Portugal starts at just€6.49. Simple, clear, and straight to your doorstep. You'll see the exact cost at checkout—no hidden surprises, just beautifully scented deliveries on their way.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES TO THE UK?

Shipping to the UK starts at £11.42. While we can’t ship home and linen sprays (sadly, it’s a regulation thing), all our other products can be sent without a hitch. So go ahead, fill your cart with all the fragrance goodness you love.

DO I PAY IMPORT FEES AND TAXES TO THE UK?

For orders under €135(including delivery), you’re in the clear—no import fees, duties, or taxes when your order arrives in the UK. For orders over €135, UK customs will require additional fees (like VAT and duties) to be paid before your package is released. Just a little heads-up to keep things smooth and stress-free.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES TO NORTHERN IRELAND?

For our friends in Northern Ireland, shipping costs are based on weight.

  • Orders over £160? Enjoy free shipping with UPS (4-7 business days).
  • Orders under £160 start from £13.60.

DO I PAY IMPORT FEES AND TAXES TO NORTHERN IRELAND?

Nope! Northern Ireland is included within the EU trading framework, so parcels shipped from our base in Eastern Spain will arrive with no fees, duties, or taxes to worry about. Just beautifully scented goodness, straight to your door.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS TO SOUTHERN IRELAND?

Shipping to Southern Ireland is based on weight, with rates starting at €12.65. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout—simple, clear, and ready to deliver the good stuff straight to you.

Shipping to Belgium is based on weight, with rates starting at just €10.68. Everything’s calculated at checkout, so you’ll know exactly what to expect—fragrance magic, en route to you.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES TO SWEDEN?

Shipping to Sweden starts at €12.76. We’ll calculate the exact cost at checkout, so all you need to do is sit back and wait for your scent-filled package to arrive.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES TO THE NETHERLANDS?

Shipping to the Netherlands starts at €11.85. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout—no surprises, just your scents heading your way.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES TO DENMARK?

Shipping to Denmark starts at €13.83. We’ll sort out the exact cost at checkout, so all that’s left is to wait for your perfectly packaged scents to arrive.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Most orders ship within 24 hours, but please allow up to 72 business hours during busy periods. We ship Monday through Friday—no shipping happens on Saturdays, Sundays, or Spanish National or Local Holidays (relevant to Fox & Wolf HQ’s region).

Once your order hits the road, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. If, for any reason, you don’t get this email, just tap the chat button to get in touch. We’ll sort it out for you.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we ship to most of Europe and the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, there are a few places we’ve decided not to ship to, including the United States, Australia, the Far East, the Middle East, Africa, Canada, and Malta. It’s nothing personal—the cost of shipping to these regions just doesn’t make sense.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FREE SHIPPING?

When you qualify for free shipping, we absorb the cost to send your order—it’s on us. However, this only applies once per transaction.

If your order is returned to us (for reasons like incorrect address details or postcode changes) or held by the courier due to incorrect address details entered at checkout, reshipping will incur an additional cost. This cost will be passed onto you before the parcel is cleared for shipping.

For orders subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties that are returned to us, we can either:

  • Refund your order (minus the shipping costs we originally incurred), or
  • Arrange redelivery at your expense.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours, but during busy periods, it can take up to 72 business hours—because good things are always worth the wait.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY?

At FOX & WOLF, we’re all about getting things just right. If something went wrong during transit, let us know within 24 hours via web chat and include photographic evidence of the damage.

If the damage doesn’t show up clearly in photos, we’ll arrange to collect the item for inspection. Once it’s back with us and we confirm a fault, we’ll get a replacement sent your way—no stress.

Here’s the need-to-know:

  • No refunds on wholesale orders.
  • Handmade means beautifully unique. Slight variations in scent, colour, or wax appearance are totally normal, so we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for those reasons.
  • We can only replace, exchange, or refund products purchased directly from our web store or in our Boutique.

WHAT DO I DO ABOUT A LOST OR DAMAGED ORDER?

If you think your order has gone missing in transit, don’t stress—reach out to us via the chat button or leave us a message, and we’ll contact the courier to track it down.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • FOX & WOLF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered to your location.
  • We’re also not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 24 hours of receipt. Send us supporting photos or documentation of the issue so we can investigate. Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll get back to you with one of two outcomes:

  1. refund to your original payment method, or
  2. A dispute if the evidence doesn’t match up.

Please note: We do not refund postage costs, only the purchase price of the products.

I'VE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS DETAILS - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you’ve noticed an error with your shipping address, don’t panic! Just reach out to us ASAP. If your order hasn’t been marked as fulfilled, we’ll happily update the details for you, no fuss.

However, once your order has been fulfilled, amending the delivery address or postcode isn’t quite so simple—it’ll incur an additional shipping cost, which will need to be passed on to you.

PRODUCTS

ARE ALL FOX & WOLF PRODUCTS VEGAN?

We’ve done everything we possibly can to make sure the ingredients in our products are vegan—and we’re always upfront about it because honesty is just how we roll.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • We use no animal-derived ingredients.
  • None of our ingredients have been, or are, tested on animals.
  • Even the glue on our labels and packaging is vegan-friendly.

But can we 100% guarantee that every single part of our products—like the paint on our candle glass—is vegan? Unfortunately, no. While we work with the best suppliers, very few companies are completely transparent about their manufacturing processes due to their USPs (Unique Selling Points) and IPR (Intellectual Property Rights).

As vegans ourselves, we do everything we can to make Fox & Wolf products cruelty-free and free from animal-derived components. Claiming anything as “100%” is a big promise—and we believe in being real with you. Always.
