While our production costs may be a bit higher due to our commitment to avoiding inexpensive materials like unrefined paraffin or low-grade essential oils, this ensures we create a premium product that can command a higher price in your customer base.
Our selection includes a variety of sizes and presentation options for candles and home fragrance products. You have the flexibility to choose whether your items are boxed, unboxed, or adorned with extras like lids, ribbons, and more—the options are endless!
Keep in mind that these additional features do come with extra costs, so we’ll tailor a quote specifically to your needs. Our commitment is to deliver quality products at competitive prices, with minimum orders starting from just 100 items per product line. OUR WHITE LABELLING TERMS
- Minimum Order Quantities: All orders come with minimum order quantities as specified by FOX & WOLF at the time of purchase.
- Production Timeframe: We promise a 10 to 12-week turnaround from when we receive your payment. This timeframe depends on swift and timely communication between you and our team. Any delays in your responses or decisions could push back production. If there’s a holdup on your end, our turnaround guarantee may be affected.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required before we kick off any work or manufacturing. Bespoke packaging options can’t be processed or finalised until we receive full payment. The 10 to 12-week production timeframe starts once we’ve got that payment in hand.
- Amendments and Changes: If you want to make any changes after payment, just know that it might affect the production timeline and could incur extra costs. FOX & WOLF reserves the right to assess and charge accordingly for those adjustments.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing. Just a heads up: orders cancelled after production has started will incur fees based on the work completed up to that point, as well as any costs related to ingredients, components, sourcing, and other incurred expenses.
- Quality Assurance: We ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations for all our products. However, if you have specific testing or certification requirements, make sure to communicate those before we start production. Any associated costs will be on you.
- Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property, designs, or concepts you provide for white labelling remain yours. FOX & WOLF respects the confidentiality of your information and won’t share it with anyone without your explicit consent.
- Shipping and Delivery: Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided separately and will be your responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
- Liability: FOX & WOLF won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products or services.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We’ll keep you updated on any stock issues that might affect your order.
- Sustainability Commitment: We are dedicated to sustainable practices. If you have specific requests regarding eco-friendly materials or processes, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
- Feedback and Communication: We value your feedback throughout the process. Regular check-ins will ensure that we’re on the same page and that you’re happy with how things are progressing.
