THE PERFECT FIT
We’re looking for enthusiastic partners who share our love for luxurious home fragrance. While we favour stores with a physical presence in busy cities and towns, we also welcome online-only retailers. One thing we’re firm about: no reselling on third-party platforms like Etsy, Facebook, or Amazon. And you can’t sell below our Recommended Retail Price (RRP), but you’re welcome to charge more if you wish.

RYAN FOX - COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Ryan’s the dreamer (he’s from Belfast, so that might explain it). He handles everything from stressing about production delays to paying off the company credit card (yikes!). He’s your go-to for all things tech, marketing, and making sure our customers get the best experience. He’s also the guy who’ll build you a killer website or design your new logo – all while being 100% plant-based and sober. Fun fact: he’s quite the party animal (not).

SCOTT WOLF - ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Scott’s the creative genius behind many of our fragrance concepts. He’s in charge of making sure everything that leaves the FOX & WOLF studio looks, smells, and feels perfect. He spent 26 years as an entertainer but traded in the spotlight for the soothing glow of candlelight. Also, he hasn’t touched alcohol in 11 years and refuses to go to the gym (it just looks like too much hard work!).

- Favourite Film: Spoiler Alert (grab the tissues, it’s a tearjerker!)
- Favourite Candle: Chalamet – because it’s EVERYTHING!

THE 'NOT SO SMALL' SMALL PRINT
1. MINIMUM INITIAL ORDER VALUES
The minimum initial order is €/£1000. Repeat orders of €/£400 are required to maintain your account status.
2. PRODUCT VARIETY AND ORDER QUANTITIES
- Customers have the flexibility to mix and match fragrances and/or products, including candles, wax melts, reed diffusers, etc.
- There are no minimum order quantities per product line.
3. BILLING AND PRICES
- Items are billed at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.
- FOX & WOLF reserves the right to cancel any orders or backorders without prior notification.
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to increased production costs.
4. PAYMENT AND VAT/IVA
- Payment is required at checkout for all orders.
- Submission of a VAT/IVA number is necessary during account setup (if applicable). If you are within the EU and provide a valid VAT/IVA number, VAT may not be applicable to your purchase.
- UK customers are exempt from VAT. Import fees, if any, will be the responsibility of the customer upon the order’s arrival at UK borders.
5. PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH
- Orders are added to our production queue only upon receipt of payment.
- Production and dispatch times typically range from 4-6 weeks, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
6. COMPLIANCE AND MODIFICATIONS
- FOX & WOLF reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as needed.
- Customers are encouraged to comply with all relevant laws and regulations in their respective locations.
7. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
- Cancellations or returns must be communicated in writing and are subject to the FOX & WOLF Returns Policy.
8. LIABILITY
- FOX & WOLF will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use or any inability to use the products provided.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
