Offering a lifespan of over 3 months, occasionally you may find that the oil outlasts the reeds due to various factors like home conditions (temperature, air circulation, and diffuser placement) affecting scent diffusion.
Over time, reeds can accumulate dust particles from the air, hindering fragrance dispersion. If you notice the oil level remains unchanged and the reeds no longer emit scent despite flipping, it's likely time to replace them.
Please be advised: FOX & WOLF diffusers are optimised to work seamlessly with our reeds. Using reeds from other brands may result in subpar performance, as the materials and quality can vary significantly. We recommend sticking to our reeds to ensure the best diffusion experience.

IDEAL PLACEMENT
Our 1 litre reed diffusers are great for medium to large sized rooms. They work well in these areas as it allows the fragrance to build over time, offering a constant fragrance experience. You can adjust the fragrance experience by either adding or decreasing the amount of reeds in the diffuser. They are designed to sit in a space with little to no air flow and are amazing in these spaces.

DIFFUSER LIFE & USER INSTRUCTIONS
Depending on airflow and room temperature, you can expect to enjoy over 12 months of wonderful aroma from our 1000ml reed diffusers.
- Place your beautiful new reed diffuser in the desired area
- Remove the stopper
- Insert reeds
- As our reeds are designed not to clog, you shouldn’t need to flip them unless you notice a reduction in scent throw
- Ensure you wipe any residual oil from the bottom of the bottle before placing it on a protected, level surface
Diffuser REFILLs
Next time, you can simply replenish your bottle with one of our refill sets, which come complete with fresh fibre reeds.
