At FOX & WOLF, we believe in making things easy. Whether you need a refund, want to make an exchange, or return a product, we’ve got you covered. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our returns policy, refund process, and exchange options—whether you’ve shopped with us online or in-store.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

VIEW OUR REFUND, EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

You can return any item within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided you have your proof of purchase. Even if you’ve changed your mind, we’ll happily assist, as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot refund or exchange gift cards or used items, and returns without a receipt cannot be accepted.

How Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

  • For debit/credit card payments, the refund will go to the same card used for the purchase.
  • Gift card purchases will be refunded with a new gift card for the value of the returned items. We cannot offer cash or card refunds for gift card purchases.

Electronic Devices

Our electronic devices come with a 6-month warranty. If they are faulty, we will exchange them for the same or a similar product in stock. The warranty begins from the date of purchase, and a proof of purchase is required. Without a receipt, we are unable to offer an exchange.

Faulty Items

If a candle doesn’t perform as expected, ensure you’ve followed our candle care instructions, available here [link to candle care]. Return the item to our store within 14 days with proof of purchase, and we’ll investigate the issue within 72 hours. If confirmed faulty, we’ll offer an exchange or refund. Please note, we cannot exchange or refund a product simply because you dislike the fragrance after use. Our stores provide fragrance stations to help you experience the scent before purchasing.

We can only exchange or refund items purchased directly from a FOX & WOLF store. This excludes purchases made online or from our partners. Our in-store team must follow this policy, but our Customer Care team is always available to assist you further if needed. Reach out via the chat button for any questions.

ONLINE PURCHASES

VIEW OUR REFUND, EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

You can return any online purchase within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Even if you change your mind, we’ll gladly assist, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot refund or exchange gift cards or used items.

You may return online purchases to any official FOX & WOLF store (excluding partners), or send them back by post, with shipping costs covered by you.
